Privacy Policy

PiDude is built to collect as little as possible. Your uploaded files are processed to produce your outputs, and you control whether something is private or public.

Pre-launch, PiDude collects minimal account data needed to run the service (for example a contact identifier if you sign in). We avoid unnecessary tracking. This list will be finalized before public launch.

When you upload files (notes, documents, images) or type an idea, PiDude processes that input to generate AI-ready work for you. We treat uploaded content as yours. Processing may involve AI services; we will disclose any third-party AI processing clearly before it happens.

You choose a visibility setting for content you create or publish:

• Private — visible only to you and used only to produce your outputs. Not shown to other users.
• Public — content you choose to share, list, or publish (for example a marketplace skill or a showcase project).

Public content is governed by the Marketplace Terms and Creator Terms. We do not turn private content into public content without your action.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private inputs to train public models without separate, explicit consent.

Files are stored only as long as needed to provide the service and any outputs you saved. You can delete your content; deletion takes effect within a reasonable time.

PiDude is beginner-friendly and intended to be safe for young users under adult guidance. We do not knowingly collect more data than necessary from children. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

You can review, export, or delete your content and adjust public/private settings at any time.

This policy will be re-reviewed before login, payments, real AI service calls, or community posting are enabled.
