Creator Terms

A creator publishes content on PiDude — prompt skills, skill packs, or finished project materials. You keep ownership of your work and choose the license buyers receive.

Anyone who publishes content to the PiDude marketplace or community showcase. Creating content is optional; the core tool works without publishing anything.

You keep all ownership of the prompt skills, packs, and project materials you create. You decide the license a buyer receives (for example personal-use only or commercial use).

You grant PiDude a limited permission to host, display, and deliver your content to buyers and to operate the marketplace. PiDude does not claim ownership of your content.

A “skill pack” or “creator pack” is a bundle of reusable AI workflow content — prompts, templates, file instructions, and similar materials. You are responsible for making sure your packs work as described and do not contain prohibited content.

If your pack or project includes files, you must have the rights to those files and they must not contain another person’s private data. Files included in a public pack are considered public.

• Describe your content honestly.
• Do not include harmful, illegal, or infringing material.
• Make clear that AI outputs are generated and may need review.

PiDude collects payments from buyers and pays out creators according to the Marketplace Terms, minus any disclosed fees. Payout timing and methods will be finalized before paid features launch.

We may remove content or suspend creator access for violations. Serious violations may lead to permanent removal.
